Our mission is to empower students by fostering their innate curiosity, engaging their parents, and promoting optimal learning through personalized educational pathways designed to meet the unique needs of every child.
Springs Public Schools was founded by parents and has spent more than 23 years building innovative, student-centered learning environments. Today, Springs operates 25 successful academies on the West Coast, serving thousands of students and families through a model that values choice, flexibility, and strong school-home partnerships.
The Empower Academy is proud to be the first Springs Public Schools academy in Tennessee and the first locally approved public charter school in Rutherford County. As we prepare to enter our third year of operation, we remain committed to providing a high-quality, tuition-free public education that empowers students to grow academically, socially, and personally.
We understand that every child is on a unique educational journey. Our dedicated staff works closely with families to create meaningful learning experiences that inspire curiosity, build confidence, and support student success. Through personalized learning, strong relationships, and a family-focused culture, we strive to ensure that every student is known, valued, challenged, and supported as they reach their full potential.
