Welcome to Springs Empower Academy – Home of the Dragons!

Our mission is to empower students by fostering their innate curiosity, engaging their parents, and promoting optimum learning by collaboratively developing a personalized learning program for each student. Springs Charter Schools was created and is operated by parents. We understand that every child is on a personalized educational journey. Springs Public Schools is a tuition-free public charter school, open to all Rutherford County students in Kindergarten through 6th grade.

Our first graders had a special treat when the Mayor stopped by to talk about what she does for our community. Students learned that a mayor is the leader of a city and helps make important decisions to keep our town running smoothly.
