Experienced Leadership

The leadership team at The Empower Academy brings nearly two decades of experience with Springs Public Schools. Members of our administrative team have served within the Springs organization since 2007, helping launch, grow, and support successful schools across multiple communities.

This experience provides our families with the confidence that our school is guided by leaders who understand school operations, student achievement, community engagement, and the importance of building a positive school culture where students and families feel valued.
